Racebook Recommendations

Have recently gotten into handicapping the ponies. Any thoughts on who currently offers the best offshore racebook? With the exception of Bovada, they all seem to use the same software. However, wondering if there are distinct advantages to certain books especially in regards to track payouts, rebates and other incentives?

TVG has a lot of great +EV promos for low rollers.

Betanysports will give you 10% above track odds for win bets and they also have a cash back program. I have heard that they will boot you from the program if you win.

Betonline has a 9% daily rebate program.

GTbets has a 10% weekly rebate program, but they are very quick to limit and remove comps/promos.

I'm sure there are others out there too that I can't think of off the top of my head.

Wow. What a deal. Get a bonus above track odds on wins but don't do it too often --> They'll boot you. That sucks.

Can anyone describe the 9% rebate program? Is it based on wins, net bets, any track, ???
