Is the new starter for FL any good?

The original UCF starting QB was hurt in the Louisville game. And I think the FL QB bolted?

I'm leaning FL. This is a big game for both schools recruiting. Huge talent advantage for the gators.

Last I heard Emory Jones still starting. He’s transferring after the game. He’s not very good, though. Dual threat but his season was a disappointment after finally getting his chance.
Florida has a handful of players opting out too. They are a mess. I wouldn’t lay points with them.

UCF offense has been pedestrian with the freshman QB starting. They had a ton of injuries all year but somehow pieced together a decent season. UCF defense showed some glimpses this year. Hoping the line gets back to +7 or higher.

Good luck.

The team that wants it does have an advantage (see NI, Utah St, WK, MTS, UTEP)

OK, I'll take a pass. It's a lot of points to lay on a team that has lost half its games. Still, significant talent advantage for the gators.

Most of the time the injury angle never works out because it’s all factored into the line and we know how strong lines are you have to hit these before any news, Roy I’m still teaching you

I still like this game. I'm telling you the Gators are a much better team. In fact UCF kind of sucks since their QB was lost.

UCF had life and death wins against South FL and Tulane and lost straight up to Navy. They played two decent teams SMU and Cinci and were blown out by half time with halftime scores of, 38-14 & 35-7 respectively.

I don't think they can hang with a middle of the pack SEC team.
