I think it will work out well when it launches in NJ

If this entity smart, and regulators cooperate \ are visionary- it will do b2b also:
become back end so that all state books can lay off for both balancing & to increase handle.
New Jersey handle would explode by several times more.
And following horseracing example, don't see how this commingling can't occur nationally & even internationally.
The large liquidity would attract individuals & would be enough for tons of props \ alternate lines even.

a good exchange is needed for the US market, even if just for books to lay off action on other books like they do in the rest of the world
