We have had two close calls..one time our suppliers loaded the wrong house and another time a work packet featured the wrong address and our project manager began to stage things--fortunately the homeowner was retired and was able to stop things.

One of the biggest fiascos was a roof replacement we did for some former famous musician from the 60s/70s. They had some antique chandelier from France and it was not properly hung. It fell when we were doing the tear off and they were convinced that it was because we were being reckless.
