One of the best restaurants in town.

Salmon croquettes with a Remoulade sauce, confetti rice and roasted green beans.

Also came with a garden salad. $13.95. Best lunch special in town hands down.

Great little Mexican food place I go to while my car’s being worked on.

About 20 miles from home but the mechanic is worth it.

Oil change and break fluid flush today.

Had the pork chops with ranchero sauce today. Forgot to take a pic.

Holidays are over, so I’m going to mix in some Miller Lite’s because it’s the only one of the “Big 4” ‘diet’ beers I actually like drinking, and I got a 30pk. for like $20. Also bought some Guinness because I felt like it.

Going to a wedding in Phoenix Saturday afternoon - open bar, catered affair, games will be on - wife already knows she has to drive home - and was considered my ‘Christmas Present’…..
