I’ve used that same exact strategy at the gym, but on the elliptical machine. It’s a great way to keep your mind off the cardio.

Stopped in for a few “hand steadiers” on the way back from Sedona - had a fun day trip - those F#CKERS took me for about $50, but I can’t complain. All in all a good day out…..
