That was the problem I fasted for 30 hours and I was up 30 hours. I could not fall asleep so I gave in. if I was able to go to sleep that night, I would’ve did at least another day or more.Wow.... 30 hours. I would have failed at 10 hours and 8 of those 10 would have been sleeping.
FishHead did 72 hours this weekend he posted it in my thread, very impressive by him.

Did an early Memorial Day Sunday dinner - grilled eggplant, spinach/ricotta, sun-dried tomatoes flatbread pizza - the ‘sauce’ was some garlic pesto we had, threw a few red onion slices on there. Watermelon for dessert…..

This part clearly indicates Malted is a smart man.
Pretty much the keto wife says, “I want this, make it happen, and make it as keto as you can…..” but the 1 rule I have is I get to have a beer with it…..
Wife is similar here. Almost no red meat on the menu. One meal a week I get to have steak/pork or something "good" and she has fish.
The compromises makes for a better marriage.

The char is great, ‘stripe’ peel it first, & if you grill it, make sure you olive oil the F#CK out of it, or it will be dry, not juicy. S&P and season it, and that PAM olive oil spray works pretty good. And cut the slices thick, like 1/2” or more…..

Memorial Day - just did a grilled avocado/green chile/turkey flatbread ‘burger’? ‘Slider’? ‘Stacker’? Not sure what to call it, but it was F#CKIN’ delicious!
