Its a toy you wrap around their wrist. We like cats as theyre easier to maintain in a condo. Dont have the time to deal with a dog unfortunately

Decided I needed to take yesterday off after Saturday's disaster. That means I won't be back until Friday. That's plenty of time to cool off and get my shit together.
