She is vegetarian, not vegan. She has been for 9 years. We are here now. She eats ice cream and will eat eggs at times. But she is a strict vegetarian but not vegan like me.

No , I could care less what someone else eats. We sometimes argue going to a vegan or vegetarian restaurant. I don’t like vegetarian restaurants due to cross contamination etc. I prefer just to eat at vegan ones. I need to find a very funny post from Nicky when JJ and I were in Montreal. Nicky was hammering me at the restaurant and he had no idea the difference between the two. He made fun of what I ordered. It’s classic.
