I have prediabetes. I drink to much sugar coke pops. Eating cakes pies. I'm not to smart. I'm obsese that doesn't help at all.
Sunny, stick to the alkaline water and cut out the sweets.

Start making healthy smoothies for breakfast. The one I do, I gave the recipe here. It will hold you over until lunch or dinner time. Then, you eat a balanced meal.

You'll lose the weight in no time and see tremendous health benefits. Here's the recipe for the smoothie...

1 1/2 cups of Kefir.
1 whole avocado.
Organic spinach.
1 tablespoon peanut butter (I use organic/natural)
Blueberries or other type of berry whatever you like
1 banana

Blend it up.

If you want more, you can add organic whole milk like I do.

This is what I use. All flavours are good.
