Simply put the fenway shadows will be real bad for hitters today. Right from game start to about 6 pm. Red sox have a much different batting approach this year and have gone from a top 3 contact team to a top 3 strikeout team. This pitcher already is a strikeout man averaging 1.19 per inning already and hitters wont see anything. Not a cloud in the area today this shadow below is at 3pm. It creeps forward slowly from there. Guy will fill up the statsheet today.

He throws funky off speed. They wont see any spin. No clouds, pitcher in sun. Hitters in shade. Worst case scenario for sox bats today.
