Just a few tips and how I proceed when buying points and or taking points vs ML.


I strongly believe you should NOT buy points to try to win. That’s right I’m not buying points to try to win.

Example Game spread is + 6.5

I would buy to 7 the key number. However I’m not pushing it to 7.5 to try to win or not push.


If one team is -2.5 and I like the dog I will buy to 3. I won’t take the money line.


If the game is + 1 or +1.5 , I will take the points not the Ml. Many times these game come down to that point.

I hardly ever bet teasers or parlays in NFL.


I will add more of my thinking down the road.

I’m getting pretty excited about the NFL regular season.

Ok another thing I do is try to stay off the Thursday night games. History had shown some shenanigans seems to take place.

Now if the game is meeting my criteria when I am studying the games, then I will play it with some caution.

However don’t play it just because it’s a Thursday night night game. Being an, Action junkie will not get you profits during the season.

This goes for Sunday Night and Monday night games. These only televised games need to be played randomly not religiously.



Also I try to not take a large favorite in the NFL.
