This is why people took to the Capitol, all the Executive Orders by Governor regarding changes to the State laws governing voting. We don't elect AUTHORITARIAN leaders, regardless of your political ideology. The power of the people lay in the legislative brach, at State & Federal level, for individuals or public authorities to randomly change election law, the night of no less, is unacceptable.

TBH... it is happening from both parties.

Here are some conservative district issues that have been reported.

• In Texas there have been reports of absentee ballots being denied in conservative counties due to signatures not matching. Sounds innocent but after finding out their vote was denied, the voters involved went down to the election office and filled out an affidavit confirming the ballot is theirs.
  
  It was still denied because the election official refused to accept the affidavit. By law they are requried to accept the affidavit. More to come on that one.
  
  
• Another person was asked how they were going to vote (Dem or Rep) before being allowed to go and enter their votes. Depending upon your answer, people were directed to "specific" voting machines even though they were in the same district. Dems and independents were sent to different machines than the republicans.
  
  
• One person was asked to fill out a form (name, address, Soc Sec #, etc...) before voting, even though they were a registered voter. He'd never had to do that before. While taking his time voting, he received an alert from Lifelock that his credit report was just run. Quite the coincidence. WTH?

It goes both ways. We'll get stories from both parties about cheating if they don't like the results.
I'm confident Minny will fill us in on all the blue district issues.

The person asking who he voted for was the poll worker. Illegal. Then segregating them to specific voting machines --> illegal.

You missed the entire point on signing the ballot. It was ok not to accept the ballot if they didn't like the signature but to turn away an affidavit showing it was a valid ballot is illegal.

JFC.... This is a complete lack of common sense if that is how you read those examples.




It seems as though far-right (similar to far-left) interpret any issues that arise in a manner that meets their point of view regardless of what the facts indicate.
