Paripesa settling bet without any official data

on 17th May 2026, Barcelona vs Real Betis, I placed a bet on Goal Kicks which is home over 5.5, they kept saying it is 5 goal kicks while every other betting site says it was 6....I have confronted them and they kept saying i should submit proof...I did and they said they would not accept it because it is not official. They use information from LaLiga but here lies the case LaLiga does not show statistics for Goal Kicks.....So they are just scamming me

Are you saying that's how they graded it? How do you know "every other betting site" says it was 6?

Any valid sources to that claim should also be submitted with the complaint form.

Demonstrating they are out of line with the rest of the market place could help.

I used sources from every stats site that shows goal kicks.....OPTA, SportsRadar, LiveScore, Sofascore, 365 Scores.....Even betting sites like SportyBet and Msports show the same stats
I submitted all that but they still did not grade it
