Anyone heard of this?
I like this concept of eating you save money and you save calories = retain more of your wealth and you lose weight over time.So what's the one meal or concept of the 1 meal?
This is what @donnie does everyday and it works out well for that man. That one meal he’ll eat anything his heart desires. That’s what’s cool about this way of eating and you will not gain weight because you will be at a calorie deficit.I just notice i get tired after eating. Why not just wait all day, eat a big meal then park on the couch for the nite
I think you need to be prepared when you do this. Do it slowly, from 3 meals to 2 meals.. till your body gets used to it.. then down to 1 meal.. don't do it on the spot.I just notice i get tired after eating. Why not just wait all day, eat a big meal then park on the couch for the nite
Yes you definitely have to be active and drink lots of liquids to stay sharp mentally also 7-8 hours of sleep is a must consistently.I’ve done it for about one year solid and lost some weight I had gained
You have to be at least somewhat active though
Just make sure you drink liquids and you’ll be fine. In fact, your mind might be a little more sharper to handicap these props that you often love to gamble on when you fast.Havent had any food today. Who cares
Good idea from where though ?Going to get an xlarge turkey sub, but not eating it anytime soon
