• 6 points will be awarded for the first book, 4 points for second place, and 3 points for third.

The difference between 1and 3 is very small and Pinny is third because of the need to overcome access issues in the US, and that is the only reason.

Bookmaker isn't perfect, but it belongs on the list, especially since they went lower juice, -108, they picked up a lot of business when that happened.
