NY Bodega Worker Charged with 2nd Degree Murder, WTF?

yeah imo not enough points on the victim scale. Plus its not only the deceased perp who was arrested 20 some-odd times.

The DA also factored in that the instigator of this incident, a birthing person who is also a minority ranked higher on victim scale, means this poor bodega worker simply didn't have enough points. On top of that NY law is such he would of had to be pummeled half to death to use deadly force.

Had this been a white man with a white GF attacking the deli worker, no charges filed you can bet your ass on that.

Like- ok, I'm supposed to get pummeled half to death before I can fight back lol. Meanwhile, the little bitch who started all this, who any other normal Prosecutor would have initially charged, gets the limelight here.

People need to take note of just who/ what 'type' of people Liberals are and who they protect or stand for.

You got DAs in urban cities literally making crime legal under $1k in damages. You got free drug zones, decriminalization of hard narcotics, liberals, like yesterday, testifying to Congress about how they think men can have babies and there's no definition of a woman, liberals mandating vaccines & masks that don't work whilst at the same time allowing tens of thousands of sick & weak migrants to spread disease and poverty throughout.

It's fukking disgusting the mentality of liberals. It's a disease.
