My guess is either the ultra square players who don't mind betting into 60c holds or a few trying to grab some bonus.

I completely gave up. Effectively they now just look up every wager made and if the line is even 2c better than market, move it 10c and make it worse than every shop out there. Literally a 1min or longer wait for even a 1 unit bet ($70). For the 1 out of 10 bets you might catch, not worth the time for their pocket change limits. Customer service...just a canned response. Only positive is they will pay you out when you walk.

They must have got killed and are now afraid of their own shadows.

What amazes me is the rating this site still has....who does these reviews? SMH

If you are recreational, why do you adjust prices on more than half of 1 mBTC bets placed? I doubt a syndicate is betting $70 a game. Standard canned response that is pure BS. Honestly, just makes you appreciate the good books like Bookmaker or BetOnline that much more. $70 is nothing more than a blip on the screen for them and instantly accepted plays.

You offered a line, I purchased it, and you came back 3 days later saying its a bad line.
This isn't the first time your company has cheated the player base.

They did not address the theft of funds and instead copy and pasted some marketing B.S. about new features and player friendliness. Are they that out of touch?

If they think a good player experience is waiting 1-2 min for bet confirmation on a sub $100 bet, and usually confirmation of a line change or rejected bet, no question. Voiding bets 3 days later is just icing on that shatty cake. If they have to pull that, clearly they lost their asses and have no idea what they are doing. Not they are just scared to take any bet unless it is much worse than market. Sad...

Are these guys even a sportsbook? Curious how off their odds were on the Illinois game. Not even on the board. Hmmmm, Purdue goes to OT, so of course, that means game 2 will be delayed at least 20-25 minutes. They just remove it at the scheduled 3:30 and don't bother. LOL! Same for the FL game, which also will start later than post.

Probably a pretty good time of year for most books but not these guys...

The first time, where their marketing person just copy and pasted the most recent news letter instead of actually helping.

Ever since the re-design they've been effectively a different book. Their lines were always meh, but back in 2017-2018 during the first crypto winter nobody else would take a 8 team parlay that DeepDribble spat out and pay out when it hits. And BTC was at 3k.

All that went when they effectively either outsourced or remade their system. I just treat them as a new book that has no rep to begin with these days. I mean, the name change is a good indicator I guess. You can bet directly on chain or by proxy via fairlay if you want to not be against the house but use an exchange. At least there are options.

I guess they lost tons of money or let's say didn't earn as much as expected and decided to proceed and apply drastic measures against it.
Sadly, they overdid it with their changes and left the customers unhappy.

If the lines don't move after massive bets on one side, it makes sense they are being easily exploited.

They could def take smarter decisions to manage their risk and leave the customers happy at the same time.
It's never late though. I hope they make it.

Likely ruined their business by not understanding their client base and instead focused on improving dept. based KPIs

My best guess is they fucked their budget up so bad that they couldn't afford capital investment to automate better odds management, so settled on staff with two browser tabs open to manually adjust after wager is attempted.


I wouldn't doubt it if cash flow is tanking. What's the next bill to go unpaid?


Tick tock... I wonder what percentage of player funds still exist. Could be a sad day for those that wait too long only to find out the real answer.
