I requested a payment April 17th and have been waiting ever since.

I have emailed help@nitrobetting.eu so many times. They reply quickly with close to the same generic response every time. Here is the most recent one:

"Hello xxx,

Thank you for contacting us.

I regret that your request is still under review by our Processing Team.
As mentioned previously, we are unable to provide a specific timeframe
at this moment.
That said, another reminder has been sent to the Processing Team on your
behalf. However, we still do not know when they will be able to proceed
with your request.

I have emailed security@nitrobetting.eu upon customer service's request, many times, but they never answer.

They tell me there is no phone number and no one higher up that I am able to contact.

They have not requested anything from me nor told me any issue with my account and I still have access to everything.

I was paid a payment a week or so before I requested the April 17th payout and have not been playing in the account while waiting for this one.

All they keep saying is be patient. You will be paid. The processing team is reviewing your request.

It has been 5.5 months now and nothing at all has happened.

I thought maybe they were backed up and waiting for football money, but it's now October and nothing.

Any suggestions?

NitroBetting isn’t licensed anywhere reputable. Some sites parrot a “Costa Rica license” but watchdogs like Wizard of Odds and LCB list them as unlicensed. In other words, no regulator and no recourse—combine that with the payout delays and freeroll voids, and you’re basically playing at your own risk.

I got 2 payouts from them like last month then when I requested a 3rd payout . They said I hadn't reached rollover . How did I get the other 2 payouts then ? They said I had to still complete 600mbtc /$60,000 rollover . I just been betting my whole account everyday i was gonna ask for rollover update now there chat is off-line. Smh.

I am also waiting like 5-6 months, I have chased up on live support about 15x with no success.
Still have 2 more withdraws to do to get account balance out after this one, so I've given up.

They initially told me I hadn't reached rollover after they approved 2 payouts the past month , then they said its pending . Been about 2 weeks . I pretty much wrote up as loss and just betting it like its fliff coins. The thing that annoys me is bmr doesn't downgrade or respond to any complaints at all now. I see mods posting in other forums so they have to have seen ppls complaints .

I was actually considering depositing there but I'll avoid it until they start paying promptly again.

Sadly they have become a deposit only shop. They literally keep emailing with one large deposit bonus after another. Just pure desperation to get any deposits to go in. Not sustainable whatsoever.

Have you posted on trustpilot? I have had 1 success story after ripping a book on there. They replied back to the review fairly quickly and we got everything settled. A good book does not want things out there about payments being delayed a half of year with no reasoning behind it. But I guess if they are a bogus book then they may not care.

I haven't done anything like that yet.

A long time poster on SBR was just paid who was waiting for 10 months.

It at least shows they are making an effort, albeit as slow as molasses.

I stopped using Nitro a long time ago but had a few pending futures that recently came through. Tried to withdraw and was rejected. Each time they come up with some random security check or rollover of some sort and cite terms and conditions that don't really exist any where and is up to their interpretation. They are a bogus site and constantly offer huge bonuses knowing they will never let you withdraw. I won about 30k last year and they essentially wouldn't let me withdraw citing limits and random rollovers. Just see the log below and that should tell the whole story and that's just a snippet of the withdrawals I have requested. I think the most they ever paid me out was increments of 4k and even then it was the biggest hassle in the world. I currently have a 5 figure amount after playing a bit after my futures win. I doubt I ever see it. Use Betonline as they are far more reliable.

there were many things to dislike about sbr/elihu/etc... but they certainly helped me and others get paid a bunch of times.
the current industry shenanigans probably wouldn't have been possible 5-10 years ago
