Agreed. Nitro was solid. I used to enjoy looking up the BTC price for the day to know what I was actually wagering in USD. They actually used to pay within an hour or two, even overnights and had somewhat of a manual review process. No idea what happened there...poor mgt, syndicate crushed them, who knows? Some of the "newsletter type" communications that the owner/manager sent out were more on the freedom of BTC than running a book. Might be more of just not having a good risk manager there and assuming the business is as easy as taking bets.

Now 10 months and counting......

This is their latest reply.......took 3 times emailing this time before they replied with this:

Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us, and we sincerely apologize for the ongoing delay and frustration this has caused.
At this time, there is no further information available regarding your request. Please note that our Processing Team does not operate on weekends, and reviews are conducted during their regular business days only.
We understand how concerning this delay is, and your case remains with the appropriate department for handling. As soon as there is any update available, you will be notified accordingly.
We truly appreciate your patience. If there is anything else we can assist you with, please let us know.
Best regards,
Joseph A.

So the last 10 months have been a weekend. Got it. When does the work week start wherever they are based?

I just saw on their website something about KYC now. Did they ask you for that, granted a no pay really doesn't matter if they stopped the anonymous play.

They haven't asked for anything at all since this payout request, except to re-request it when the site changed.

I have been paid many times before this.

There is no rollover/bonus issue.

There is no KYC issue.

There are no issues with wagers.

I believe they are just broke and unable to pay out any longer..........I haven't seen anyone get paid in a long while.

I have an update and it is not good.

After waiting 11 months, with no payout, this is the message sent to me when asking for an update:

"Back in 2022, a balance of 301.27mBTC was migrated from NitrogenSports to Nitrobetting. From July 2022 onward, your balance grew to 383.54mBTC through your betting activity on the new platform, without any additional deposits being made during that period.
The only deposit registered on your account after the migration was 8.42mBTC in August 2024.
Since then, we have already processed and paid 270mBTC in withdrawals from your account. This amount covers the only deposit made on Nitrobetting / myNitro, as well as the winnings generated on the platform since 2022.
The remaining balance originates from funds and activity that were tied to the previous NitrogenSports platform prior to the migration. Unfortunately, those historical records and balances are not something we are able to recover, verify, or audit from our side.
For that reason, as explained previously by our Processing department, no additional payouts will be processed at this time, since the payouts already made cover the verified deposit and the winnings generated on the current platform from 2022 through 2026.
I understand this is not the outcome you were hoping for, but I wanted to provide a clearer explanation of how the decision was reached.
Regards,
Russell"

So you had a winning account and they decided on the amount you were allowed to win? WTF....

Still is probably the case of not having funds to payout. I haven't heard anything about payouts to any accounts recently. What a lame excuse though...essentially "we think you have won enough here"
