**** ALL INJURIES as of 8am SATURDAY****
-Take 5min and read through this. It helps so much in so many areas of fantasy football. Good Luck this weekend!!!
* Chargers QB Justin Herbert (ribs) is listed as questionable for this weekend’s game vs. the Jaguars. He did not practice on Friday after being limited the previous 2 days. Herbert said Friday afternoon that he’ll workout prior to the game on Sunday before making a decision on his status. That could put fantasy owners in a tough spot with the 4:05 pm ET kickoff. We’ll continue to look for updates on the situation. QB Chase Daniel will start for the Chargers if Herbert doesn’t.
** Ravens QB Lamar Jackson (right elbow) is not listed on the final Week 3 injury report. After being limited on Wednesday, he put in full practices on Thursday and Friday. We’re not expecting the elbow to be an issue vs. the Patriots this weekend.
** Bucs QB Tom Brady has a "banged-up" right ring finger, HC Todd Bowles said Friday. “He’s ready to go,'' Bowles added. "He’s full practice. He took every throw." This doesn't sound like a big deal, but it's not what Brady needs considering all the WR and offensive line injuries he's dealing with.
** Saints QB Jameis Winston (back, ankle) was limited in practice all week and is listed as questionable for Sunday's game vs. the Panthers. We learned prior to last weekend's game that Winston has 4 fractures in his back -- and now he's evidently dealing with an ankle issue, too. It sounds like Winston will play on Sunday, but these injuries obviously add risk.
** Jets QB Zach Wilson (knee) is out for Sunday’s game vs. the Bengals. He reportedly has a shot to return in Week 4. QB Joe Flacco gets another start this weekend.
** Panthers RB Christian McCaffrey (ankle) is not listed on the final Week 3 injury report. He was limited early in the week with what was reported as ankle stiffness, but McCaffrey put in a full practice on Friday. He should be ready for his usual workhorse role vs. the Saints on Sunday.
** Saints RB Alvin Kamara (rib) is listed as questionable for Sunday’s game vs. the Panthers. He was limited in practice all week. We’re tentatively expecting Kamara to play on Sunday, but we’ll get New Orleans’ inactives around 11:30 am ET.
** Lions RB D'Andre Swift (ankle) is listed as questionable for this weekend's game vs. the Vikings. He got in limited practices on Thursday and Friday after sitting out Wednesday. HC Dan Campbell said Wednesday that Swift's ankle was "feeling much better." We're fully expecting Swift to play on Sunday -- and for him to get much closer to a full workload than he did in Week 2.
** Bucs RB Leonard Fournette (hamstring) was limited in practice all week and is listed as questionable for Sunday’s game vs. the Packers. It’s the same boat Fournette was in last week, before he played 87% of the snaps and handled 24 carries and 4 targets.
** Cardinals RB James Conner (ankle) is questionable for this weekend’s game vs. the Rams. He got in limited practices on Thursday and Friday and will be a game-time decision, per HC Kliff Kingsbury. This is a 4:25 pm ET kickoff, but hopefully we get an update on Conner on Sunday morning. We’re expecting RBs Darrel Williams and Eno Benjamin to split backfield work if Conner sits.
** Ravens RB J.K. Dobbins (knee) is again listed as questionable after a full week of practice. He was in the same spot last week before ending up inactive vs. the Dolphins. We'll find out whether Dobbins is playing against the Patriots around 11:30 am ET on Sunday. But we're expecting him to be on a touch count if he does.
🚨
🚨
⚠️
* Raiders RB Josh Jacobs (illness) is listed as questionable for this weekend's game vs. the Titans. He didn't practice on Thursday or Friday – and didn’t travel with the team to Tennessee on Friday night. Players almost always play through illnesses, but Jacobs seems truly iffy for this one. We’ll see if he ends up making the trip to Tennessee solo and will get the Raiders’ inactives Sunday around 11:30 am ET. RB Brandon Bolden (hamstring) isn't listed on the final Week 3 injury report and will be back for Sunday's game after missing Week 2.
** 49ers RB Ty Davis-Price (ankle) is out for Sunday night’s game vs. the Broncos. He figures to miss multiple weeks with his high-ankle sprain. Jeff Wilson will lead the backfield in Denver, with Jordan Mason and Marlon Mack behind him. We’ll see if RB Tevin Coleman is elevated from the practice squad before kickoff.
** Titans RB Dontrell Hilliard (hamstring) practiced all week and isn't listed on the final injury report. He'll be back in a passing-down role vs. the Raiders on Sunday but isn't a viable fantasy play.
** Chargers WR Keenan Allen (hamstring) is listed as questionable for this weekend's game vs. the Jaguars. Like QB Justin Herbert, Allen went from limited practices on Wednesday and Thursday to no practice on Friday. HC Brandon Staley on Friday afternoon labeled Allen "50/50" to play against Jacksonville. We'll look for further updates on his status, but this game doesn't kick off until 4:05 pm ET on Sunday.
✅
*Michael Pittman (quad) is not listed on the final Week 3 injury report. He was limited on Wednesday and Thursday and put in a full practice on Friday. It looks like Pittman is ready for a full slate of snaps vs. the Chiefs this weekend. He should be back in fantasy lineups after his 9-121-1 line in the opener.
** Bucs WR Chris Godwin (hamstring) has been ruled out for Sunday's game vs. the Packers. He didn't practice all week and has no timetable for return.
** Bucs WR Russell Gage (hamstring) is listed as questionable for this weekend’s game vs. the Packers. He was limited on Wednesday and Thursday but didn’t practice on Friday. It’s unclear if that was a setback or a planned day off. We’ll look for further updates on Gage ahead of Sunday’s 4:25 pm ET kickoff.
** Bucs WR Julio Jones (knee) is listed as questionable for Sunday’s game vs. the Packers. He returned to a limited practice on Friday after sitting out the previous 2 days. HC Todd Bowles labeled Jones a game-time decision. Bucs-Packers doesn’t kick off until 4:25 pm ET, but we’ll look for an update on Jones’ status on Sunday morning. Of course, he’ll be a risky fantasy play if he suits up at less than 100%.
** Bills WR Gabriel Davis (ankle) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game vs. the Dolphins. He was limited in practice all week. Davis said Thursday that he's "100%" playing this weekend, but you'll need to check back around 11:30 am ET on Sunday to make sure he's active.
** Broncos WR Jerry Jeudy (rib, shoulder) is listed as questionable for Sunday night’s game vs. the 49ers. He returned to a limited practice on Friday after sitting out the previous 2 days. ESPN’s Jeff Legwold believes Jeudy has a “good chance” to play, but the late kickoff makes it a tricky situation for fantasy owners. We’ll see if we get a Jeudy update on Sunday morning.
** Raiders WR Hunter Renfrow (concussion) is out for Sunday’s game vs. the Titans. We’ll see if he can get cleared for Week 4. Renfrow’s absence will leave Tyron Johnson and Keelan Cole as Vegas’ #3 and #4 WRs behind Davante Adams and Mack Hollins. Adams and TE Darren Waller should dominate Raiders targets this weekend.
** Packers WR Allen Lazard (ankle) is not listed on the final Week 3 injury report. He got in limited practices on Wednesday and Friday, sitting out on Thursday. Lazard still isn't at 100% but played 81% of Green Bay's offensive snaps last week.
** Packers WR Sammy Watkins (hamstring) has been ruled out for this weekend's game vs. the Bucs. It looks like he hurt his hamstring on Wednesday and didn't practice the next 2 days. An injured Watkins is not a must-stash on fantasy rosters.
** Packers WRs Christian Watson (hamstring) and Randall Cobb (illness) are listed as questionable for Sunday's game vs. the Bucs. Watson went from a limited practice on Wednesday to no practice on Thursday or Friday. Cobb didn't practice all week. We'll see if these guys are available come Sunday, but neither should be in fantasy lineups. HC Matt LaFleur said Friday that WR Romeo Doubs is "going to have to take more of a load this week."
** Cardinals WR Rondale Moore (hamstring) is out for Sunday's game vs. the Rams. He still hasn't practiced since hurting his hamstring on September 8. Greg Dortch gets another game as Arizona's slot receiver after totaling 11 catches on 13 targets over the past 2 weeks.
** Patriots WR Jakobi Meyers (knee) is listed as questionable for this weekend's game vs. the Ravens. He only got in a limited practice on Friday. Meyers played and produced a 9-95 line with this injury last week, but he seems to be in worse shape now. We'll get New England's inactives around 11:30 am ET on Sunday.
** Cowboys WR Michael Gallup (knee) has been a full go in practice this week and is on track to make his 2022 debut vs. the Giants on Monday night. He figures to be on some type of snap count. And, with Cooper Rush under center, Gallup isn’t a viable Week 3 fantasy play.
** Jets WR Corey Davis (knee) is questionable for this weekend’s game vs. the Bengals. He was added to the injury report on Thursday and limited again in Friday’s practice. Davis isn’t an enticing fantasy option at less than 100%. His absence would be a boost for WRs Elijah Moore and Garrett Wilson.
** Broncos WR K.J. Hamler (knee, hip) is listed as questionable for Sunday night’s game vs. the 49ers. He practiced all week, including a full workout on Friday, so he should be good to go. Hamler’s Week 3 fantasy projection depends heavily on WR Jerry Jeudy’s status.
** Colts WR Alec Pierce (concussion) put in a full week of practice and isn’t listed on the final injury report. He’ll play vs. the Chiefs this weekend but isn’t a viable fantasy starter at this point.
** Rams WR Van Jefferson (knee) is out for Sunday’s game vs. the Cardinals. He remained sidelined in practice all week and has no timetable for return.
** Titans WR Kyle Phillips (shoulder) is listed as doubtful for Sunday's game vs. the Raiders. Robert Woods, Treylon Burks and Nick Westbrook-Ikhine will operate as Tennessee's top 3 WRs in that one.
** Bears WR Velus Jones (hamstring) is listed as doubtful for this weekend’s game vs. the Texans. He got in limited practices on Thursday and Friday, so perhaps he’ll be ready to make his debut in Week 4.
** 49ers TE George Kittle (groin) isn't listed on the final Week 3 injury report. He put in limited practices on Wednesday and Thursday and a full practice on Friday, so it looks like he's ready for a full workload against the Broncos on Sunday night.
** Cowboys TE Dalton Schultz (knee) remained sidelined on Friday. HC Mike McCarthy suggested earlier this week that Schultz's status for Monday night's game vs. the Giants wouldn't be determined until Sunday. But we'll see how Schultz is listed on the final injury report this afternoon.
** Lions TE T.J. Hockenson (hip) was limited in practice all week and is listed as questionable for Sunday’s game vs. the Vikings. We’ve heard nothing to suggest that he’s in danger of missing this one, but you’ll need to check back Sunday to make sure he’s active.
** Bills TE Dawson Knox (foot) is listed as questionable for this weekend's game vs. the Dolphins. He played through this injury on Monday night and got in limited practices on Thursday and Friday. We're expecting Knox to play on Sunday, but he won't be at 100%.
** Bengals TE Hayden Hurst (groin) is listed as questionable for this weekend’s game vs. the Jets. He went from a limited practice on Wednesday to a full workout on Thursday and then was limited again on Friday. It’s unclear if that was planned or a sign of a setback. A healthy Hurst looks like a fringe TE1, but this groin issue adds risk to his Week 3 profile.
** Saints TE Taysom Hill (rib) was limited in practice all week and is listed as questionable for Sunday's game vs. the Panthers. We'll find out whether he's active around 11:30 am ET, but hopefully you're not relying on Hill in lineup-setting fantasy leagues.
** Texans TE Brevin Jordan (ankle) is out for Sunday's game vs. the Bears. TE Pharoah Brown (shoulder) is listed as questionable but put in a full practice on Friday and should play. We'll see if TE O.J. Howard gets a bigger role against Chicago, but you should avoid this situation in fantasy lineups.
** Ravens TE Isaiah Likely (groin) was limited in practice all week and is listed as questionable for Sunday's game vs. the Patriots. The rookie has 4 catches on 9 targets through 2 games and shouldn't be in your Week 3 fantasy plans.
** Chiefs K Harrison Butker (ankle) is out for Sunday's game vs. the Colts. Matt Ammendola will kick again for Kansas City. He made both of his FG attempts and all 3 XP tries in Week 2.

Didn't know that exact info, Le. Saw that he was "sitting out" one practice to rest up. Expecting him to play.

Sort of like the Herbert injury for Chargers (they'll always be San Diego for me). It's an injury these guys can play thru, but how much does it inhibit their performance? Guys like Herbert and Winston gain huge props from teammates for trying to play thru these (painful) injuries.

Week 1

Out over 1 month
TJ Watt - Torn Pec
Dak - Thumb

Potential To Miss Game(s)
Tee Higgins - Concussion
Mac Jones - Backiotomy
Harrison Butker - Ankle

I didn't watch all the games and missed a few I am sure. Who else??
Salud, Jake. Hope all is good.

Here is my stance on NFL injuries. Every team has an injury list. I try to pare down my adjustments to two categories:
1) Is it going to impact the line?
2) Is the injured player's performance level impossible to adequately replace?

With that in mind, I really try to slice it down to a short list:
*NE: of course, Mac Jones QB injury is key. Biggest QB: Is Hoyer any good (any more)? Listen to the Bart Scott opinion, he's of mind that Hoyer is way past it. Just a practice player that Bill can rely on.
*Ten: OT Lewan. You don't hear much about him. I think TENN is dead w/out him.
*SF: OT TWilliams. I think the Niners have a good team. Last year, Williams was (arguably) the most dominant offensive lineman in the league. If you don't adjust your Niner power rating by 1.00pt based on Trent absence, you're missing the boat.

1st and really only thing I look for is the O-line injuries

Yes! I looked a little further on this. I compared to PFF Off Tackle rankings:

*Think I over-valued Lewan. He's older and has been regressing.
*On the Sunday card, the guy that has to take notice is Trent Williams being out for San Fran. #1 rated Off Tackle, guy is a monster.

Off Lineman is a position that won't (necessarily) move the line. But it will (definitely) impact the game-play.
