Guarantee they lost a lot to HBO Max. Brilliant move by them in January to cut price to 11 bucks for 12 months when Netflix raised their price yet again to near $20/month.

I signed up for HBO Max and love it. So many great series they’ve had over the years as well as awesome movie selections. Only reason I still use Netflix is my gf shares her account with me and my parents.

Meant to happen especially when they decided to get rid of share household. My friend just also shared her Netflix account with me but I'm planning to subscribe to HBO Max or Disney +.

All comes down to them being lackadaisical on password sharing which they're about to crack down on. No incentive for new subs when you can just get it for free.
