I work part time for an auto dealership, I buy candy twice a year for the staff, one employee took some of my candy ( from the employees room) and put it out in a jar in front of her desk, to make her look good to the customers to 'close deals' do I take the candy back ? or do nothing ?
I don't like my generosity being used for someone else's financial benefit. Thanks

I don't like to have any interaction, she's a woman that wants to be a man, always scheming and a sneak, but she's in with
sales manager, I could always say I brought the rest over to the other division....this happened to me once before in another job, and I let it go, just don't understand this type of mindset

Just, don't want to come across a being spiteful, nor do I want my fellow employees not to have, they see this, just trying to show the young ones something good, in a 'dirtbag' dealership with high turnover

You really can't win in this situation Rip. Your generosity was already displayed and best to move on. Karma usually ends up catching up with these type of people eventually but until it happens they can make your job hell. In the future, individually hand it out to everyone and let them decide what to do with it.

I got my spies watching her when I am not there, haven't exactly seen her give to the customers, but the jar is situated, on the front of her desk, A Butch anyway, ...too bad I couldn't load the candy with soap.....she would have to carry a 'bed pan' with her
