The weight of money definitely causes a lot of people to crack. One of my favorite company events is our annual putt putt 18-hole tournament... $5k up for grabs. To see my guys shaking as they attempt to sink a putt on a kids putt putt course is priceless and so fun. Here's one of my guys getting third last year...look at the determination, the focus, ...love it!
