Sadly I am stuck with Texas because both Bookmaker and Bet105 are all ACTION. Pitching Changes only matter at Heritage (and BOL but I am not funded there).

No, at books that do not use Listed Pitchers, all bets are Action at odds when bet was placed.
At books that have Listed and if you choose "Action" option when placing bet, THEN you get new "opening" line.

And Rays scored 4 in the ninth to tie but lost anyway and the Mets Under 7.5 became closer than it needed to be in extras. So all 4 games so far could have gone either way.
