I wanted to come here and thank you Matt and BMR for reaching out to me and helping get my money back from BUSR!
BUSR shut my account down in May saying they limited my account in March but I somehow bet anyway, which was far from the truth and a ridiculous reason to shut my account and take my winnings. I talked on the phone for an hour stating my case saying I've done nothing wrong and how unfair this was. They just said the decision was final and they were taking my funds. SMH. It felt terrible, winning isn't easy, and when you do it feels so bad when they just jack you for whatever reason they want to come up with.
I filled out a complaint here the next day and am so glad I did.
It took about 6 weeks but yesterday I got a call from BUSR saying they rereviewed my case and they would be sending my winnings and today I got those winnings!
If you ever feel wronged by a site make sure you fill out a complaint form here it really works! I couldn't be happier!
