are you surprised though? i feel a lot a lot of people with "money and fame" tend to do more reckless things for some reason. they feel invincible and dont give af

so many of them getting away with it lol most cops would say oh you are "'so n so" and cut them a break because of who he/she is. So word gets around and over time high profile people feel almost entitled to get away with it. So why call Uber/Lyft?

so I am never surprised when it comes to this. Even though this situation was a bit of an odd one

biggins pointed out that the car was not drivable, a wheel was off. so he prob was indeed drinking, hit somethin and was sleepin it off
Fair enough, but that act/ damage is not the DUI. That's a property damage claim, if one even exits.

What the officer detained ML on was suspicion of DUI.

The guy 1- wasn't driving
2- the officer had no probable cause
3- ML was sleeping in a form of shelter
4- he should not have been subjected to a sobriety test given the car wasn't even drivable

You wanna cite him for loitering, be my guest....but DUI and all the bullshit associated w it, given these circumstances....you wanna drag a guy sleeping, out of his car like they did, for what provocation?

It's bullshit. Defund this garbage. Police are all jerkoffs.
