By what you wrote here, you admit to breaking their terms and conditions? I don't know of any details besides what you just wrote but why would you shit on this site that spent time going out of their way for you just because they were not able to succeed? Ignorant if you ask me. BMR has help many collect funds myself included.
Ser, that is an admittance to betting being able to close users accts but also confusion as to why they would clear out user's account without any valid reasons given, do you not know English language? And you're right, you don't know shit so stfu. I said what I said bc my complaint was marked as resolved when no attempt has been made to reach out to the bookmaker. There's so much negative emotions in ur comment that I can't help but wonder if you're just a community member trying to save face

The thread title with 'Resolved" update was edited by OP and not by us.
Okay I understand now, but the last reply I got from y'all was on June 1st, which is about two weeks ago, I attached it to this post, his advice was unsuccessful and I relayed this in an email, but since then I haven't gotten aby other reply

I am sorry you are dissatisfied Cactus but that was my best advice.

Part of the role of dispute resolution is not taking on cases that do not have sufficient merit. And as their terms do state that they can deduct your $55 as processing fees if closing a multiple account, I cannot reasonably lodge a complaint.

I do think that if you approach it as suggested you will have some chance at least. More than if BMR tried to complain about this.

I really can't seem to find a part of their t&c that says they can deduct any amount from users account as "compensation fee" as they called it. And I only suggested that that might be the reason why, of course I used completely different details in signing up for the second acct to avoid such a case, different withdrawal method too. But if you have concluded there isn't enough merit for you to lodge a complaint, then there isn't anything I can do is there, as for trying to plead, I already did tried, didn't work, I couldn't even get close to asking the manager as they keep refusing to give me further information in the emails.
