Now many experts are saying it's imminent

One of the main reasons is they say while Ukraine is constantly being furnished weapons and ammunition by other countries, Russia will eventually be limited in restocking due to lockouts from the outside world, and could then resort to to what they have left. Nuclear weapons.

I now believe that Putin could get away with using a “small” tactical nuke over the Ukraine capital and I really doubt the world would do a thing about it military wise, being afraid it would start WW 3. No country has the ambition/balls to attack Russia with a nuke and Putin knows this, all that would happen is more sanctions and lots of talk about how wrong he was.

Yes but that goes both ways, the Ukrainian capital is close to nato borders so if Putin strikes there nato will have to deal with radioactive fallout in their countries anyway.
