I placed a fixed odds horse wager on LowVig in their sportsbook side (not a racebook wager) a horse named Domestic Product in the Tampa Bay Derby on 3/9/24. They ran the race, the horse won. All terms of the wager were met and yet LowVig refuses to pay out on it. I placed similar fixed odds wagers on this same race with Looselines and monmouthbets.com. I wagered on other horses on these sites and they were correctly graded as losses. LowVig refuses to pay out on this winner and, to add insuilt to injury, they declined my request to speak to the manager that made this decision.

What a I supposed to do? Can BMR assist in reversing this clearly incorrect decision?

Share the full details. There are lots of rules with fixed odds horse races. For example, your horse may have appeared to have finished in let's say first but was penalized for some infraction and actually bumped a place down. And many get canceled because they change the racing surface etc.

They used to misgrade these frequently but they always ultimately got it right. Especially when so little money is involved.

You're 1st mistake is to allow them to decline your request at speaking to the manager about his decision. You have to be adamant with these people and express your frustration with their ruling. Get your ass on the phone and make a statement to these people, live chat or email will not help you.
