Had to get insurance now actually.

I think u have to be 16 feet above sea level now to even qualify. It's crazy.

Its absurd what wind insurance cost, I’m a couple blocks off the water and I pay $4 a sq ft of the entire house every year for wind coverage, then earlier this year the Florida congress caved to the insurers in saying the life of a roof is now only 10 years, so if you want wind coverage your having to get a new roof every 10 years.
