@Wagerallsports Do you think the bettor has any fault in this?
He did knowingly break book rules.

He has all the fault in this.

He's a shot taker for sure and, coming from a guy who has called books hundreds of times to report errors BEFORE I trade them, he can eat a dikk.

lol

I am surprised to see posters defending the sports book. Do you believe in your heart that they are in an honest business?
I'm not defending the books. I think it sucks.

I'm just pointing out that its much more likely that a judge will see it in the books favor. The deck is stacked against us. The books make the rules and take our money. We are merely pawns to them.

I don't see this changing anytime soon.

That's a loaded question and the wrong one to ask.

Better to ask "are they honest business people" and by and large the big houses will be, even if they fukkin freeroll the guy, which I do not like.

I'm far more of a "you book it, you pay it" kind of guy, I'm old school, but I understand how we are subject to obvious errors and must adapt.

As far as the guy intentionally circumventing the rules, well that's pretty well established in the gambling community. It's a risky thing to do.
