1-2 day Wednesday that could've been better but I lost by the hook in the Dodgers game and Milwaukee failed to score against Boston keeping the total under. Only a couple of plays Thursday as I continue to avoid the NBA until the play in tournament next week and there's only 6 MLB games today.

Unfortunate turn of events last night as the Rockies blew a 3-2 lead in extras and the Padres hit a grand slam to win the game when they only needed one run which would have given me my under but Xander Bogaerts had other ideas and hit a home run to walk off the Rockies. Hopefully today goes better for me but that was tough to watch last night.

Just a quick note I don't normally advocate playing parlays and when I do play them it's usually just for fun or when I bet UFC but I really do feel like a ML parlay is warranted here since I believe Charlotte and Phoenix will win at home tonight. I just don't know that Charlotte can cover 6 but I don't want to take the points with Miami because I'm not really impressed with how they've been playing lately especially compared to Charlotte who has been the better team. So I'm combining the two ML and eliminating the spread so I can get a nice plus price and hopefully cash.

I think it's a good approach but I guess the only concern I have is Miami somehow keeps it close against Charlotte and then Spolstra's vast coaching experience wins out over the young Charlotte coach coaching his first playoff game and Miami somehow steals this game. I don't think it's likely but you never know with the NBA. I think I'm more confident in Phoenix since Portland hasn't fared well against good teams this year but I think it's worth a nibble to take a shot at this parlay at plus money so hopefully we win.
Tough start to the NBA playoffs for me as Charlotte wins but Phoenix loses a heartbreaker against Portland to kill my parlay. Just have to do better tomorrow with some split slate action in MLB and of course two more NBA play in games to try and find some winners on.

I know I said in the other thread that I don't think the Warriors will win and that I don't really want them to win that badly because I want them to keep their lottery pick which is guaranteed if they lose but 6 points seems like a lot. It was probably a Clippers line when it opened at 4 but this line has gotten out of hand and I think there's value on the Warriors because I think this game will be competitive since the Warriors are going to give it their best shot despite what Kerr said about limiting his guys minutes. I think that's just gamesmanship his best will play their normal minutes tonight which is like 30+ for guys like Steph who has been battling that knee injury all year. That fact is why I'm taking a shot with the Warriors because with Steph playing I feel they have a chance to be competitive and cover the number.

Bang went 4-0 tonight on just a great night for me all around as I despise the Clippers so I like seeing them choke. Just a crazy game and a daily reminder that if Steph is playing the Warriors always have a chance to win. Although part of me wants them to get a lottery pick because I believe this draft is really good this season I know they're going to go all out to win on Friday against Phoenix and they just might do it because Steph is on a mission. Another crazy side note from this game is that the Clippers loss guarantees the Thunder a lottery pick this year which is insane how good their front office is. They just keep winning on and off the court.
