Well, the verdict is obvious- she's guilty of defamation & libel.

The problem is the damages...how do you assess actual damages? Will Johnny be able to collect or assign for value?

Heard is toast, her testimony was horrible, the physcologist destroyed her credibility, she's lied about everything and had is shoved in her face, her marital behavior was beyond disgusting & she was unfaithful.

The jury/ judge will clearly see her as the abuser who wrote a gaslighting op Ed that cost Depp money. But how do you assess Hollywood damages?

Depp filed his $50 Million defamation suit against Heard and Heard filed defamation counterclaims for $100 million.

It now depends on the jury to come to the final decision. I just really hope Depp will have this $50Million at the end of this case. Though win or lose the whole world already knows that he is the real victim and hopefully more projects to come for him in the future.

She doesn't have $50m

He'll get a judgment of some amount. She could file ch 7 in a year and be free of it, she could pay him back the $7m she got in divorce, he could assign the judgment to a creditor or he could take her royalties from future movies.

The collectibilty of a debtor is the reason civil suits are discouraged- they normally are a waste.

The other side of the coin here is that Johnny might be more popular and marketable post trial!
