Gotcha, thanks for explaining

I just know when I get cash out offers they really suck even when my pick has a very high chance of hitting

My nephew has been having success on polymarket but but honestly I know jack about it compared to you & even him

yeah, cash out offers with the book are just more vig.

Just like LIVE betting, laying off, scalping, hedging.

The books just extract so much compared to the exchanges.

I will say this, if it is Ole Miss at the end on the spread, the Lab is going to be pissed.

Texas ml @ .60.
Texas -5.5 @ .38 cents.

Boght these a little early, obviously.

Tempted to average down but I don't want to expose any more of the account. We are up today and even if these die at 0, we will still be up today.

Down 11 points at half, Texas has some work to do.

Could sell the ml for a -50% loss.
Could sell the spread for a -76% loss

Could.

But for now...

These will settle for 0.

A total loss on both positions.

The Lab thinks Ole Miss will press in this game, but it's tough to be fully bullish on them. Kind of like a stock that runs but then hits resistance. There could be resistance with ole miss.

The Lab told the Trader that Ole Miss would press and the trader decided to try to counter that press instead of buy it and sell it.

That's what this thread is for, accounabilty. And the Trader fukked up.

The Trader is in the doghouse here, not only for fukkin' up the side, but also fukkin up the entry, as well as fukkin up the exit and taking a Total loss.

Perhaps the Trader is taking the early market skill for granted, for two days in a row now.

Perhaps.

You finally lose on both sides you’re human. I was wondering when this was gonna fuckin’ happen finally Jesus Christ. You’ve been on a tremendous run.

I lost with Penn St yesterday, 3 bets.

But I didn't take a total loss, like today.

I haven't taken a total loss, I don't think, since before tracking in this thread. I'd have to check.

But it does happen.

I'm probably taking the early winning for granted, it happens like every day, lol.

I had more than 4 units to play with there, and once again I could have sat out after the early market.

Games starting, I'll take a look, but I'm probably done for today.

I had that monelyine up for near .30 cents for a 50% loss at that last run, but I held.

It was always a ride or die, it was a hopefully OT and 6 point win situation.

And we've talked about "hopefully"

lol.

edit: nvm

I confused my teams.

Wasn't a play or anything like that, just saying OK will woop, but that's not what I meant to say. That is not coming from the lab

Picked up SC ml @ .26 cents.
Sold 1/2 of this postion for .34 cents @ a 30.8% profit at this timeout.
Picked up the other 1/2 again @ .40 cents.

Average full position is @ .33 cents now.

Ok keep it simple with 100 contracts:

100 contracts @ .26 cents = -$26.00
Sell 50 Contracts @ .34 cents = +$17.00 for a 30.8% profit on that half (original $13.00 + $4.00)

So I've now pocketed $4.00 on that $26.00 position, that is 15.4% profit overall.

So in tracking, there will be a SC ml @ .26 cent sold for .30 cents (midpoint of .26 and .34) to get the 15.4% profit in tracking.

Hopefully that makes sense. I don't want to accidentally credit 30.8 when it's 15.4.

The current position is:

Own 50 contracts @ .26 cents = -$13.00
Bought 50 contracts @ .40 cents = -$20.00

100 contracts @ .33 cents = -$33.00

So I have a full position at .33 cents. Obviously it's worth more than $33.00 and tracking incudes per $100 bet. The partial sale math uses 100 contracts to keep it simple.

South Carolina ml @ .33 cents.

I went downstairs to eat at halftime, came back it was at .17 cents.

Had to get out. Need to keep the day profitable.

I definitely over traded today, I fukked around too much, even left the desk to eat with an open position.

Shit SC could still win, but I have to leave, so I'm out.

Summary later.
