Same rules are why I am scared of some tennis on the exchanges.

If a player backs out prematch, it settles weird and you can get fukked.

There's always been a law against contracts on war or assassinations. No contracts can settle on someone's death.

This is not a new rule. But how they settle those when someong dies could piss some people off for sure if they're on the wrong end of that.

Yes. They were nice about it, actually.

It cost them over 2 million in refunded fees.

But anyone with YES didn't get paid the yes amount. And for some, that amounted to a lot of not lost, but not paid money.

I know it's a pisser, but I wish they had some perspective. They bitch at the right congreessman and this whole enterprise I'm inventing goes down the shitter.

I don't want that.

Feels like it could end at any moment. At least Cali courts sided with us, but laws, tax treatment, etc can all change on a whim anymore.

I built products for Kalshi and poly API’s but I’m more in the trading these tiny futures contracts, micros, and spot quoted futures, mainly bonds , notes and currencies and a little 1 oz gold

Probably better to just trade the underlying security there.

But I suppose it depends.

I can see employing a lot of this computer shit for the lab work, but the LIVE trading I'm doing at the desk, at least in this form, probably needs to be very hands on.

Might be a way to streamline my LIVE calculations, but the inputs for that are insane. Maybe I ask Claude to build me a dashboard.

Not sure I need leverage when trading LIVE sports markets.

Even for bigmoney scalps.

That’s a dangerous fukking thing to do and I’m not sure anybody in the world will offer it.

But in the near future, I might take it if offered. After all, this is the best LIVE trading desk in the world.

If I can’t manage the leverage, nobody can.

Right now I'm curating trades I already bought as information from the LIVE markets come in.

It's a little different than processing the information and then making a decision.

Damn, this might be a NO TRADE day, depending on how the LIVE market opens.

That post I quoted is a pretty revealing post on something I have invented. You won't find this anywhere but here.

But, I can't seem to nail down a trading plan for today from either of the two approaches I mention above. Without a trading plan when the shooting starts, it will be tough to get my bearings in the fog of war.
