Took a total loss on Florida spread today.

I don't think there ever was a bump. I just plain had that wrong.

Butnoit getting any money back was a fukk up and nearly inexcusable except for what I was doing today. The Trader gets a pass because he was put in a position that he declares he doesn't like to trade in.

It's the Lab being so damn good that the Trader was willing to play ball late last night.

Lab had a couple other plays that bumped today, like Zona and St. John's, but the Trader insisted on being present to get into those, tough to be present in that environment, but present really means in the office.

I was on the phone a lot early on and ended up showing someone what I was doing.

I was popping between DK, Kalshi, scoreboards, sometimes BMR.

These people are scientists, and they know I am one too. They get it so sharing is no big deal at least for me. Shit, I'm an involved community member, I've earned the respect before they knew what I did so there's no stigma of any kind.

Nice work in the Lab here. Nailed this in the books too.

The Lab has been outstanding in this thread it has performed above expectation. The Lab has really set a standard and a high bar and maintains that bar.

So the other half of this for .12cents

This position closed for an average of .22 cents @ a 57.14% profit.

Today's metrics are what they are. I did what I could, could have done better, but managed to get away with 2 winning trades and 1 losing trade. Taking that total loss was bad, no matter where I am.

Another positive day here with +.5322 units.

If I sell all of the Wisc ml at .32 cents, the daily total goes up to +1.2465. If a get anything back for Florida, just add to that total.

So you can see even with adverse day, the Trader could have done a little better. He doesn't think so, he was severely restricted in both activity and information. I do admit blowing it with Florida.

Another good night last night in the Lab, as for the Trader, go take break, you deserve it.

Almost hit double digit units this week. The first week I was just shy of double digit units. On that Sunday of the first week I lost -$55.84 per $100 bet, knocking me below double digits.

Even so, to be so close given the -$257.14 loss per $100 loss on Thursday of that week is still notable.

Doubt I get to double digits this week, may not be trading tomorrow. Only two games to work with and not a lot Trading desk material.

I guess we'll see.

Just as well, the Trader can use the break.

Only thing that worries me about oil contracts is that it’s more than just oil getting fucked.

While demand can get pent up, the halt to a lot of shipping and energy could caused the world to contract a little bit.

If that starts to happen, might be a good idea to bet into that pent up demand

A couple hours away from announcing March madness teams.

Once that happens, it’s on. There will be a race against the clock, against the markets, even against the sports themselves.

There will be a lot to process and the gaming out of scenarios will be immense.

First, we have to get a grip on what we think the spreads and moneylines should be, and hopefully do it before the books put anything out.

That’s a quick race for sure.

Like I said, this is a high performance sport.

So until then, we prepare stretch, get hydrated, get the screens and calculators where they belong and get ready to get into the starting blocks.

Some of this is the machine learning phase of the operation.
