OK Sammy. that is true you being involved added the 5 bills from Mr. Roofer. I appreciate you joining. In addition it was fun having you involved. I think the fairest thing is to take $100 off what you would owe me( you would owe me $50) and you may take that deal. But considering you ran the records and your efforts here on the forum I will take the deal. You do a great job here at BMR and I really appreciate that. I will pm JDS and you my PP address.
