Yep near Ashville. He had a lot of pissed off bikers when he sold it. He had the spot out there man. He has a lot of money and many other businesses. He had some health issues and decided to sell it for a BIG mint. Now he has control of some very good parking lots that brings in over a million dollars a year with very low overhead. Also owns some hotels and now bought some cars and renting them from the hotel.
