Ive had coffee a few times but never liked the taste of it. Ill drink a 12oz red bull a 1-2 times a week

I have a yogurt/apple sauce or protein shake for breakfast

Sandwich for lunch most days

Eat heavy for dinner and snacks when i smoke

I walk 10,000 step + a day typically just around lot and walking around work. Or at the park with my dog

Im pretty boring honestly. Bed early up early type

His mind is always working. That’s why he’s so sharp, not sure if he’s a big reader at all, but I know puzzles can help that aspect of the brain.
