Hello. I had a situation with jazzbet.ag I deposited $250 and was given a 150% freeplay with a 20x rollover. Phil reached out to me and I got suckered in. I hit my rollover and worked up to roughly over $4500, when i requested a withdrawal they told me the max is 1k a week to withdraw which by itself was a major concern, but they never sent me the payout I waited 2 weeks nothing, the rare instances I connected to someone in live chat they beat around the bush, and then last Friday they completely quit even responding to my live chat attempts/email. It appears they blocked my IP address, I tried going to the library and the live chat connected but once they realized it was me they disconnected and blocked that ip too….I’ve lost all hope at getting my payout. I have come to the realization I am never seeing a dime of that money.

Sorry brother but that group is known to be a bunch of scammers now. If you search Jazz or Looslines in here you will find many similar cases. I believe the total stolen amount is over 1 mil now

Likely ABC Islands part of that as well. They called recently looking for a deposit. Told them I don't play at deposit only shops. They said they are only holding payments on syndicate players. Sure...

Minimal play at that shop over the years, must be desperate for deposits.

Sorry you’re dealing with that. Make sure you save all screenshots and file a formal complaint with their regulator or a sportsbook watchdog site. Public documentation sometimes gets faster results.

Phil told me that last part too. He said don't listen to the forums, because those people complaining there are 120+ accounts being controlled by the same 7 people. And that they have thousands of happy customers.
