Jazz Sports and LooseLines Rating Suspended

Jazz Sports and LooseLines rating have been suspended. We're waiting for updates on several cases reported by members of slow-pays, unexplained account closures and lack of communication. Players should avoid these brands until they address the complaints, account closures and can start playing payers as they historically had.

Why has there been no proper communication with these players you are waiting for updates on via email? Many of my emails (and others) have gone unanswered.

I second that BigJay. Late 90's opened account at abcislands, It was so cool and so was website, customer service, etc. Going parallel to shit with the rest of the world, the un-regulated books.

Well, I tried to contact Looselines about them shutting down my account and stealing my $12.5K balance.

- I first tried emailing the customer service email, but that has been shut down.

- I then, over chat, was provided an email for a "supervisor." Received no response to it.

- I then chatted with them today. They refused to say anything other than "Management has the discretion to close accounts." I tried to get them to at least provide some rationale behind the action (like a violation of the T&C), but they wouldn't say a word.

Finally, when I pressed to speak with a supervisor, all the rep did was say "Have a nice day" and close the conversation.

I completely understand any business choosing to not do future business with any specific customer. However, the balls on these crooks to steal the account balances of winning players.

With God as my witness, I hope these people rot in hell for this.

My received response from the OSGA:

We are sorry to hear of this problem at Looselines. We have had an unprecedented amount of complaints sent in on this group of sportsbooks.

Looselines has been around as long as anyone and prior to this past week, we have gotten very few complaints on them. Hopefully, we can assist you here.

We sent your complaint down to Looselines today. They are responding to our inquires, albeit a bit slowly. We will reach back out to you ASAP once we get something meaningful back from Looselines. Though these issues are front and center for us now that they have been brought to our attention, if you haven’t heard back from us towards the end of the week, feel free to reach back out for an update.

They are still studying the work of Chuck Ponzi....got yet another call from ABC looking for a deposit. Haven't played there in some time, lines nothing special IMO. Asked the rep why would I even consider a deposit when this family of shops isn't paying and closing accounts. Gave me some BS about only closing problem accounts. Quick No Thanks and hung up.

I was a client for over three years. They congratulated me repeatedly on my winnings and told me in mid-January 2025 that I would be paid "every penny" of my balance. Then they confiscated it all and closed the account. How can I be a "problem account"?

In the past few months, after a long period of slower and slower payouts starting in the 2nd half of 2023, Jazz Sports/Looselines/ABCIslands/BetOdds has confiscated the full balances of at least 17 accounts with balances totaling at least $273,000. Thanks to user @mrmcnasty for taking the time to compile the initial list.

I'll try to build on @mrmcnasty's work and create a spreadsheet/database including any new players who Jazz steals from and any other information of value. I'll try to update the list with any additional information that comes out about the cases.

Please post in this thread links to any other cases that haven't come up on BMR/SBR. If you're a player who is not in the database, feel free to post in this thread about your situation.

Update:

Added another confiscation. A player reports that Jazz closed his account and stole his $75,000. This takes the number of accounts closed with balances confiscated to 19. The total amount of funds confiscated is at least $348,397.00.

ABSOLUTELY mind-boggling how they continue to operate while stealing hundreds of k's...I'm sure well over a million this is the only ones we on this forum are aware of.
