I warned people to stay away from 1xbet because of my bad experience with them. I hope my experience should serve as a lesson to anyone that comes across this thread.

1. i made a deposit of of N10000 on 01-02 2022
2. There was a delay in crediting my gaming account I got the money on my betting account on 03-01-2022 and I used them for bet.

3. On 10-02-2022 I noticed deduction of N10,000 in my gaming account and the customer care asked me to contact security team for support.

4. The security team locked my bet account immediately and asked me to provide international passport and my bank account statement for the N10,000 deposit made on 01-02-2022 which I provided.

5. Again they asked me to provide official documents from my bank stating the charge back claim for the obvious deposit has been resolved.

6. Unfortunately, my bank informed me that they don't provide any official documents for the case related to this but only the bank statement of account and it should be sufficient for this case.

7. The security team locked my gaming account and informed me any further action is impossible untill I provided the requested document.

8. I went to my bank for the 2nd & 3rd time and my bank couldn't provide me with such document.

9. I have a balance of N92,576 in my gaming account but I couldn't withdraw. They only blocked my account after I started winning. When I was loosing my money they didn't blocked me.

This is really not fair to me because I haven't violet any of thier rules in this transaction. I

But the company can’t be making request that are not standardized statements for the customer from the bank, because the bank is not the customers employee and won’t spend extra time producing random letters on their behalf.

It is like me asking you to provide a photograph from you banks branch security footage that you went to get your pay check. Do you think the bank will entertain your request?

Yeah, no US bank is gong to entertain such a custom request unless the customer has like $10M+ in assets deposited with them and commands special favors. I'm sure it's the same everywhere. That kind of request seems purposely designed to keep the situation in a stalemate and the funds in limbo forever.

This is very shocking that a book would ask for this unusual documentation on a gambling forum and expect to get future sign-ups? gL with that. I don't even see a rating for this book here? It has been going on since October?

never deal with 1xbet. russian outfit. they deal great lines which is why ppl are enticed by them. esp arbers. but great lines don't matter much when they're so well known for screwing ppl around on payouts, asking for weird documentation. this is their standard business practice and you'll be lucky to get anything further out of them unless you comply with their requests. just the way they do business. and russia has zero fucks given. they do what they want. good luck!

I know they have a historical reputation, but given that they have an active rep in this forum, I'm hopeful that they are trying to rehabilitate that image. I hope the silence indicates their forum rep is taking our feedback back to their team. If they want to be taken seriously, by the community, they cannot issue demands which are impossible to comply with.

What, you mean they shouldn't ask for a letter from the president of your residing country stating you are a lawful citizen in good standing?
