Is the BMR Dispute Resolution System Still Active? (Case: BET28537 - Bookmaker.eu)

I am writing this post to respectfully question the current status and effectiveness of the BMR dispute resolution process. While I understand that investigations take time, the lack of communication regarding my case (Account: BET28537) is becoming deeply concerning.

Here are the facts of my case:

Status: Account locked with a "System Error" message following a completed Video KYC.

Balance: $7,858.73 currently inaccessible.

Compliance: I have fully cooperated with all verification requests, including the high-level video audit in early May.

Account History: I am a long-term user who has successfully moved 20,000 to 30,000 USDT through this platform in the past, including a single $10,000 payout without issue.

It has been nearly one weeks since my case was reportedly forwarded to an analyst, yet I have received zero email updates or confirmation that any dialogue with Bookmaker.eu has begun.

There are many comments on this forum suggesting that BMR's intervention has become inactive over the past year. For a platform that holds an A+ rating and prides itself on player protection, this silence is deafening.

I am not looking for a shortcut; I am looking for the transparency and mediation that BMR promises to the betting community. Is there an analyst actually assigned to this? Can we get a status update on why a fully verified, long-term customer is being met with a "system error" on a $7.8k balance?

I look forward to a response that restores my confidence in the BMR rating system.

This is truly disheartening; one is a betting company that has consistently maintained an A+ rating, and the other is an authoritative rating agency, yet both companies have remained silent.
Authoritative is a stretch..

I suspect you’ll eventually get paid. BM is known to ignore customers for awhile, then resolve it 3-10 weeks later.

I believe that many people still choose betting companies based on their websites. But do betting companies currently maintaining an A+ rating truly deserve it?

It takes a lot to get those grades adjusted. About a year ago Looselines and their affiliates literally robbed 1M+ across a couple dozen accounts and it took months to get that grade fixed here. I think one of the affiliates still holds a good grade too 😭

That being said I would look into other mediation options but regardless BM is probably the safest place to have this issue. As long as you weren’t up to no good they’ll most likely pay you eventually

This is truly unbelievable. Stealing over $1 million from clients and then managing to correct the ratings in just a few months—I simply cannot believe it.

Here’s what’s going to happen. You’re going to be locked out of your account for up to 8 weeks maximum. You will be forced to take a payout via bank wire. That’s the deal

I'm fine with either bank wire transfer or payment in cryptocurrency, as long as they're willing to pay me the remaining amount.
