Is Duke not what we thought they were?

Jay the game didn’t really mean anything to them

No team has ever one the National Championship after losing their conference tournament opener.

So Duke wanted the win.

That's what they're saying.

Honestly would be better off losing next one and resting players.

Other national title winners have gone this route in the conference tourneys.

Only ones the conference tourneys matter to is the ones who have to preform well to get in.

Back in the day they meant a lot.

Definitely meant a lot to the 1983 Wolfpack if you watch “Survive and Advance” 30 for 30.

It was almost a loss, but it wasn’t and Duke won. That’s all they care about as they’re in the driver’s seat to be the #1 seeded overall. They just need to win ACC tournament regardless how bad looking they win.

As a bettor, it’s a whole different story.

Duke most likely lost to injury their starting Point guard for rest of the season. They were also wihtout another key player tonight.

This will be there downfall.

I don't think they're winning it all, even if the shot blocker comes back for the Big Dance. The rotation options for Duke are smaller and smaller these days.

Thinking about shorting both Duke and Michigan to win it all in the exchanges, I'm already on Florida to win it all.

Duke might be toast, unless Boozer goes Kemba Walker on everybody, lol.

Michigan has a dude that could really keep shit out of the kitchen if he wants it to and it can be expensive to meaningfully short teams to win it all this early on, so I just sit with my Florida at a cost basis of .08 cents and the potential short get passed back and forth between the Lab and the Trading Desk.

Duke once again ACC Tournament and Regular Season Champs consecutive years.

They are going to be a load to handle in the Tournament.

It’s funny I’ve gotten away from futures. Not sure why. Used to love go bet them in different sports.

A preseason line I loved was Duke +1000 after they lost all those players last year. Sure wish I’d have put a nickel on it. That used to be my standard future bet back in the day.

Unlike in the 90s, I follow NCAAB these days about as much as Peruvian Water Polo, but Scheyer has to be an atrocious coach with the way they blew that Final 4 game last yr. To not even make the natty with Kon & Cooper should've been a fireable offense. Not 1 Cougar was even drafted from that team while Duke had 5 players drafted

I thought he should have used Flagg as a decoy and let Kon shoot that last shot against Houston. Kon was playing better down the stretch

Re-watching the highlights that should've been the play. Wasn't too long ago that Max V. was -400 to win every race. Tells you it's all about the cars with him priced at 150-1. Just realized these are live odds so scratch that since Antonelli is currently -1000
