Wife thinks I’m nuts, brother-in-law thinks I’m insane…..
But…..
I’ve been doing this every week since February 2nd (Monday). I’ll eat a “sensible” dinner at around 4:30p.m. “or so”, then I don’t eat anything except water or sparkling water (zero calories, zero anything - no sugar $#!T) until Thursday for dinner around 4:30.

Honestly, I don’t even miss the food & drink, losing a little weight, clothes fit better, AND I drink/eat what I want on the weekends!

16 -24 hours is the sweet spot for fasting ( stay hydrated) . The health benefits diminish after that.

My first attempt in this thread lasted 30 hours. My second attempt lasted 32 hours. I’m currently at 36 hours, and I’m continuing to improve with each new try. For some reason, I thought I lasted 50 or more hours in this thread, but I was wrong after reviewing the thread.

just like i keep chasing the golf dream, i know i will hit again. just a matter of time!
