I don't believe so. If you just Google the track name and live stream a lot of tracks broadcast the live stream on their websites

Many also have YouTube channels these days. Some of the smaller ones do not, though. I bet a lot of Colonial, and it’s a pain in the neck when you have to log on to your ADW to catch a race. YouTube is much quicker.
