I’ve been with them forever. I’m now designated as an Internet Only account.

I can’t even call in to make a wager when I’m having trouble making it online once in a blue moon. They say they can’t access my account since it’s internet only.

I’ve see others talk about this. Thoughts?

It’s kind of a pain in the ass not to be able to talk to an agent when needed, especially if it’s just once in awhile.

I’ve been an internet only account for probably 10 years, fortunately I have not had any issues, that required talking to anyone . Just remember to tell them your an internet only account when they call wanting deposits, they will hesitate and not know what to say.

Why would they make people internet only?
I don't see the advantage for them.
