Went to Live Chat to let them know it's on the way and she tells me i have to request the bonus after the account is credited

So I jokingly say ok so we'll talk about this twice I guess, and I'll be back

She ends the chat lol

Literally 3 minutes later the account is credited and I'm back on there repeating myself

It would be one thing if we just didn't like it, but it is unusable on my phone and the desktop version sucks to but you can get bets in. I just don't understand why they don't give an option for the old mobile version at least because that new version is trash.

I was hoping the 'upgrade' was to replace it

So management decided I wasn't eligible for the bonus and I wasn't told why but it probably has to do with the payout I requested recently. Doesn't matter to me really as its probably for the best I didn't accept any bonus because I don't bet big enough to make it worth my while. I still think Heritage is one of the best books out there and will continue to play there but I think other books might be slightly better depending on what you're looking for.

I think you’re gonna have to wait until Sunday in order to make the wager. That’s when the option will become available.
