Just a random issue that I've been seeing with Heritage on some wagers, not all.

For example I'm on a side for College Basetball at -114....

The Correct Numbers should read:
Risking 20 to Win 17.54

HOWEVER, when I see the ticket it says to win 17.51.....

I know this is a THREE CENT difference, but over the course of time it adds up.

I use Betstamp to track and always see a slight discrepancy on what I should be getting paid. I also used another calculator and says should be at 17.54.

Sometimes its a cent above, two cents below, OR... right where it should be. Just something that irks me but wanted to get the take of the community here. Maybe its a big in the software. Thanks.

added more wagers to my card today.... last night i sent in a message stating this exact thing.... Every single wager I placed landed exactly as it should have. almost like someone made the adjustment. keep an eye on your accounts to make sure your getting paid out correctly now and in the future. when i lose I lose the full amount, just as when I win, i should win what im entitled to... every cent should count.

I called recently to ask if I qualified for the bonus offer they emailed me. The guy said, "if you got the email you qualify," and then hung up before I could respond.
Pretty shitty way to treat a customer.

I think they just robbed me of my litecoin deposit. My deposit has 28 confirmations on the blockchain and still no amount credited to me. They claim they are investigating it. Second time that happened to me. Does anyone has this problem? I think they are robbing Peter to pay Paul. Let me know. This is about heritagesports.eu

Other than the fact BTC deposits can take forever when you need to get a deposit in quickly.

They finally have other, much quicker crypto options now (at least they’re much quicker at every other book not named Heritage) and they manage to screw that up too like everything else at their book the last 6-8 months.

I hear you. What made me uncomfortable is the fact that blockchain had 28 confirmation. At first they told me no such transaction existed and after pushing and showing them the transaction, they changed tune and said the proper department is investigating it.

Except when like many of us here they have us on a “chat only” account basis. Where you can’t even get a live clerk once you put your account number into the phone system.

So there’s that as well. Trying to explain issues you’re clearly in the right on in live chat with their horrible customer service agents is maddening.

They fought me tooth and nail over a $23 issue I was absolutely on the right side of over a few months ago shortly after the software change. Took many back and forths before they finally gave me my money but not before taking a few verbal jabs at me, trying to make me feel I was in the wrong all along. Saying this was a one time exception and all.

it's because -114 actually means -114.2 in that case.. it shows the rounded off number but there is at least 1 extra digit behind the scenes... except with stuff like -108 on each side

One thing is clear. The many changes have become a big disadvantage for their current customers.

A lot of the feedback on their live betting has been that it's one of the best. What specifically about the platform do you dislike?

What I specifically dislike is in order to bet a 2nd half line I have to find it in their live betting and give up large juice no matter which side I take. 2H lines are no longer offered with the standard lines as far as I know.

I get better odds from a(Canadian) Ontario book than heritage, sad.
